So I got to meet the fabulous folks from De Wafelbakkers last week at Blissdom…I had never tried the product…my friend Janae raved about these…so we picked a pack up this week at our local Bi-Lo…and they have been a hit…my kids have requested these pancakes for breakfast 4 days in a row…and once for lunch. (my little one calls these “ca-cakes”….and it drives my oldest crazy.)
These are super good…super fast…super convenient. The Buttermilk pancakes (pack of 18) are in individual bags of 3…perfect portions for my kids (they split a a pack) and they cook in about a minute. (Just time enough for me to get the milk and juice to the table and the syrup out of the pantry)

Favorite way to eat pancakes now is layer it with butter and peanut butter. Then you put syrup on the whole thing. Yum. Thanks to my hubby for introducing me to that.

Add fresh blueberries on top of pancakes and syrup.on the side.
