Thanks for posting about this on twitter. I don’t follow you but your post came up during a twitter search for Clarisonic. I had been eyeing the Clarisonic Mia for about a month but couldn’t bring myself to pay the retail price. This is an awesome deal especially since it’s the Mia 2.

Hi Nicole. I was told by Sharing Spree that The merchant assures it is authentic, but if you feel that the product is not authentic, yes please contact Customer service and request a refund. I did not order this product (I already own one)…so I can’t personally speak to the authenticity …. still Sharing Spree assured me that they want their customers to be satisfied. So I hope if you are unsatisfied you will contact them and give them a chance to make it right. -Jessica
